CREEDD

The mission of the Center for Research to Evaluate and Eliminate Dental Disparities (CREEDD) is to improve oral, dental and craniofacial health through research, research training, and the dissemination of health information with a focus on the elimination of oral health disparities.

We are funded by a 7-year grant (U54 DE019275) from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR), which is part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

The grant, totaling just over $14.5 million, will fund CREEDD from 2008 to 2015. Dr. Raul Garcia and Dr. Michelle Henshaw, from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine Department of Health Policy and Health Services Research, serve as Co-Directors of the Center.
