Basic Research Factors Questionnaire (BRFQ)

The EC4 created a 190 question form to use as an assessment of dental knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of the caregivers in all centers studies.

This form can be accessed here (datashare link). It is required that the use of this questionnaire in publication of any kind be acknowleged using the following language, "Basic Research Factors Questionnaire (BRFQ) developed with support from: U54DE019285, U54DE019275, and U54DE019259."
